Pumpkin Spice Almond Milk Latte

Is there anything nicer than cuddling up with a cozy warm drink as the air gets colder?

While I’m a huge fan of Starbucks seasonal drinks, their sugar content makes me a little jittery.  A Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte is around 380 calories, with 13g of fat and 49g of sugar .

Does this mean I’ll never have one again?  No, I live a life of moderation and small treats.  But it does mean I’d rather make my own version which is equally delicious, low in sugar, and full of all natural ingredients!

Hence, the birth of the Pumpkin Spice Almond Milk Latte, made with wholesome ingredients like home brewed coffee, almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and spices.

This was a little cup of heaven.  Next time, I might need to whip up some all natural whip cream to add a touch of decadence!

Sounds great! I usually don’t like almond milk in my coffee, but I can see how the creamy texture would go well with the other ingredients.

Awesome idea! Anything with pumpkin and maple syrup has me sold from the beginning. I’m going to try this with chai tea! P.S. I love the fifth instruction ;)
