This is a short and sweet post but I wanted to share my super easy cheat recipe for gluten-free banana pancakes!
1- Buy Bob Red Mill’s Gluten-free pancake mix.
2- Follow instructions (1 1/2 cups mix, 1 egg, 3/4 milk, 1 tbsp vegetable oil).
3- If you like, sub egg for chia egg, milk for water, and vegetable oil for apple sauce and add one banana.
5- Fry in coconut oil for little pancakes of perfection!
- Bob Red Mill’s Gluten Free pancake mix
- Sub oil with apple sauce
- Sub milk with water
- Cook in coconut oil
