January has been a very busy month for Ayah and I so we apologize for the lack of posts!
Not only did Ayah re-vamp our site this month, but we’ve had busy work days and I flew toParis for a week and started a new job! But we’re still here, hungry and healthy as ever with lots of recipes to share.
This month was FRESH food month and we focused on bringing back a little freshness to our lives after the winter holidays. This was very successful to me as I increased my vegetable intake a lot, even making sure to eat big salads and fresh fruit (to balance out all the wine) inParis.
Here’s a re-cap of some of our fresh favorites this month:
- Vegan Collard Greens
- Lighten up Noodle Stir Fry
- Celebrating our one year blogiversary
- Easy Pork Tenderloin in Tomato Sauce
- VeggieGardenFried Rice
- Spiced Maple Butternut Squash Soup
- Ayah’s Amazing Menu Planning Board (a FRESH idea!)
- Miso Udon Soup
